Therapeutic Services & Learning

We are focused on families, not just individuals

All your support providers in one place

At Phoenix Hub, we work with our clients and their families to develop programs and services tailored to their specific needs.

Children, teenagers and adults who attend our programs receive the specialist services they require to develop and grow.

Their families are supported with skills development and education opportunities so they can help extend and reinforce what is learned during formal programs.

Multi-Disciplinary Team

Phoenix Hub offers a range of therapeutic services to support the health and wellbeing of those who are differently-abled.

Our specialists include:

  • Occupational Therapists
  • Speech Pathologists
  • Behaviour Therapists
  • Applied behaviour analysts
  • Physiotherapists
  • Special Education Teachers

Psychoeducation helps individuals, their families and their teachers/therapists to develop a deeper understanding of the causes, symptoms and treatment methods involved with Autism Spectrum Disorder and severe behavioural difficulties.

The result is improved ability to communicate and understand each other.

Dyadic Psychotherapy

This process helps children to heal from past traumas and develop a strong sense of connection with their parents and carers.

By working with a specialist in this area, families develop better habits and patterns for communicating with each other.

Parent Child Communication

We value relationships at Phoenix Hub.

It is our goal to improve the entire family’s well being and communication, not just the responses and happiness of the individual.

Optimising communication is key to the success of our therapeutic services.

“ By learning to value their own strengths and efforts, as well as those of others, children become much more adept at coping with stressful or unexpected situations. Through our services, we continually seek opportunities for children to be successful as this leads to children feeling competent and confident in themselves and in their world. ”
